Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this website and of passes issued through CHITpass, a service operated by CHIT Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we,” “us”).
Passes
- A pass is a digital record issued for a specific campaign run by a venue or brand (the “campaign sponsor”). What a pass entitles you to, and any conditions, deadlines, or limits that apply, is stated on the pass itself and in the campaign sponsor’s own terms.
- Passes are issued in limited quantities, may expire, and may be updated, superseded, or revoked as the campaign requires. The state shown on the pass in your wallet reflects our system of record.
- Unless a campaign states otherwise, passes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be redeemed at most once.
- Admission to any venue or event remains subject to the venue’s own rules, capacity, and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to duplicate, resell, tamper with, or misrepresent a pass; don’t interfere with the service’s operation; don’t scan or redeem passes unless the campaign sponsor has authorized you to do so.
The service
The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep passes accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, events, or venues of campaign sponsors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Apple Wallet is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Wallet is a trademark of Google LLC. References to them identify compatibility only and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. CHIT and CHITpass are trademarks of CHIT Group, LLC.
